At TheAnalyst® PRO, we take the security and privacy of our users’ data seriously. Our system is built with multiple layers of protection to ensure all information—including downloadable PDF documents—is handled and delivered securely. Below are the key security controls currently in place:

User Authentication & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Access to the platform and any downloadable content is restricted to authenticated users. We enforce strong password policies and require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all logins to prevent unauthorized access.

Note: Each license is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited, as it compromises account security and violates TheAnalyst® PRO Terms of Service.

Session & Link Expiration Policies

PDF download links are secured with time-limited tokens, valid for up to 24 hours. This ensures that download links cannot be reused or shared indefinitely, helping protect document access.

Data Encryption – In Transit & At Rest

All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS using SSL/TLS encryption. In addition, all stored files—including PDF documents—are encrypted at rest using Amazon S3 server-side encryption protocols.

Content Lifecycle Management

To minimize data exposure, all PDF documents stored in Amazon S3 are automatically deleted after 30 days, as part of our data lifecycle management policy.
