The text fields are grayed out and I can't update my user profile in the Analyst(R) PRO

Your account is managed by your company(i.e. KW Commercial). In order to maintain consistency, you must change your profile using your companies database (i.e. KW White Pages). Once you do this, the changes will reflect in our system (The Analyst(R) PRO app) within 48 hours.
