We understand technology can be a bit frustrating at times. If you are having any issues with the website or errors/glitches within a report, we ask that you try a few steps to make sure there are no compatibility issues. In your response, please include the device/software you are using (Apple, Windows, Android, etc.) This will help us to locate and resolve any issues within the system with our dev team.

Clear the Cache/Cookies (THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE SEEING ISSUES WITH THE SITE OR ERRORS WITHIN YOUR REPORT!)
- Check for pop up blocks ( Be sure www.theanalystpro.com is added to the approve site list for your browser.)
- Check for other open windows or tabs
- Remove any "special characters" in required fields.
- Check attachments added to your report or (Size of images as well as the type of file used can cause a package to become corrupt. The format should be .pdf .)

If you are seeing issues with demographics, Try to Google search the address to confirm this is correct. (ESRI may not pull demographics for an incorrect address.)
Photo Issues

Uploaded photos are shown in a 4 x 3 ratio, which is the same ratio for a photo taken with a mobile device.

To ensure the photo is suitable for your report, crop the photo as desired for the report. ( The quality of the report depends on the user. You may also consider using a 3rd party site to resize your image. For example, Floorplans can either be cropped or added as an attachment to your report in 8x10 Letter size)
How to check Pop-Ups In Chrome
Change your default pop-ups & redirects settings
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More. Settings.
Click Privacy and Security (left)
Click Site Settings.
Click Pop-ups and redirects. (bottom)
Choose the option that you want as your default setting.
Make sure www.theanalystpro.com is Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects
How to check Pop-Ups In Safari

open Safari and choose Safari

Choose Settings (or Preferences) from the menu bar.

In the Websites tab, you can configure options to allow or block some or all pop-ups.
How to clear browsing data/cookies in Chrome

On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More .

Click More tools. Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

Click Clear data.
How to clear browsing data/cookies In Safari:

From the home screen, Select Settings > Safari.

At the bottom of Safari's settings screen, Select Clear cookies and data or Clear Cookies and Clear Cache.
Calculation Request:
If you are having issues with report results or calculation requests please send us the "shared inputs" for the package or report to review. To share inputs, simply return to the saved inputs section where your report was created. You will see a gear icon. Click or hover over the gear icon and you will see the option to "share inputs" with us to support@theanalystpro.com. Please advise, calculation requests can require additional time to review. Calculation request cannot be reviewed without the required reports/inputs and may cause additional wait time. We kindly appreciate your patience while our team works to review the issue for you.
