APOD : Annual Property Operating Data

In TheAnalyst PRO, we create the Annual Expense Detail report page (equivalent to CCIM ‘APOD’) when the Expense Details have been entered. Unlike the APOD, we complete the income and expense projection detail EACH YEAR (not just first year)for 5/10 years.
